Marcella is married to Abraham Quintanilla Jr., the singer and producer. Met Marcella in 1961 while he was still serving in the military, they courted for two years, and eventually, they got married in 1963.
The wedding was entirely private and was attended by close friends and family.
In December of the same year, they welcomed their first child together, Abraham Quintanilla II, and four years later, they had a daughter Suzanne Quintanilla.
