Before Seb became famous, he had begun racing go-karts competitively in 2007.

He then proceeded to play in the Ginetta Juniors in 2010, where he chose to run for Hillspeed, making him the youngest podium finisher ever.

Morris made strides ahead when he was 14 years old, competing in and winning the Winter series.

He raced with Hillspeed again the following season, winning eleven of the twenty rounds, winning the Ginetta Junior Championship, and was named Welsh Young Driver of the Year.

He later moved to single-seater racing in the British Formula Renault Championship in 2012, where he drove for the Fortec Motorsport team and finished the season as the third overall and highest placed rookie.
