Court summons Fatoyinbo and the Dakolos
The federal high court in Abuja has summoned timi Dakolo, his wife busola and the founder of the commonwealth of zion Assemble (COZA).
The court ordered the three to appear in court within 14 days.
Pastor Fatoyinbo was taken into custody on the 27th of August, but released on Administrative bail.

Bukola had said during an interview with an online media that she was raped by the founder of commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, when she was 18.
Police had stormed the Dakolos residence six weeks ago on a covert operation before inviting both him and his wife Busola Dakolo for questioning over allegation of criminal conspiracy, falsehood, mischief and threat to life.
Due to public outraged, human right lawyer Femi Falana had reached out to the inspector general of police to ask what actions were being taken over the Dakolos allegation.
Pastor Fatoyinbo was invited and interrogated by the Police force CID headquarters in Abuja.

A Ghanaian footballer has been shot in his legs amid xenophobia in South Africa.
Arthur was shot in his legs yesterday in kempton park, Gauteng, south Africa by two Police officers.
It was gathered that the victim had an argument with the police which resulted in the shooting.
According to the victim, Arthur has been a professional footballer for the past two years.
Arthur was rushed to Grenclof Hospital by Hon. Ayisi Boateng, upon hearing the news.
