Do not scrub your face. Only wash gently with your fingers, then rinse off with warm water.

Use alcohol and fragrance-free cleanser. These two ingredients in cleaners can dry out your skin even more, so one must avoid them.
Gently wash your face and rinse off with warm water. Exfoliating is also helpful in getting rid of dead skin cells and giving you a more even tone, so you should try it out.
Oily Skin

How Often Should You Wash Your Face?
Washing your face too much can dry the skin out, so twice a day is advisable.
Step 3: Moisturize
After cleaning your face, it needs to be moisturized, no exception to any skin type.
Apply it when your face is still damp from washing so your skin can easily absorb the moisture. For oily skin, go for oil-free or lightweight moisturizers so they would not block your pores.
Step 4: Put on Sunscreen
The sun can damage the skin as well, so it needs to be protected.
Sunscreen is one way of giving your skin the protection it needs. Get sunscreen with broad-spectrum protection with an SPF of at least 30.
Ensure you never go out without applying it on to keep your skin thoroughly protected.
Step 5: Don’t Wear Makeup to Bed
Sleeping with makeup on at night clog your pores and causes acne, so no matter how tired you are, ensure you wash it off and enable your skin to breathe.
Following these skincare routines takes you one step closer to having perfect skin.
