Billy O Toole was born in Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York, on the 30th of August 1970 into William Sheehan and Barbara O’Toole’s family.
He was part of the Irish Mafia since birth, and according to the description given of his family, He was brought up in the Irish mafia lifestyle and followed in the footsteps of his father, popularly referred to as “Wild Bill,” who was popular on the streets of Brooklyn at his time.
Bill was an avid motorcyclist, a union carpenter, and graffiti artist with the tag “Billy Cast.”He was also an animal lover who spent time rescuing dogs of the bully breed.
Billy got married to Renne O’Toole, and together they gave birth to seven children, and they both currently have four grandchildren.

Bill was a fun and exciting personality who made things fun for people around him; he was also a New York State chaplain who volunteered many hours to veterans in need, in memory of his late father, William Sheehan, a Korean Veteran.
He spent the last days of his life in front of the camera as a cast member of the reality show “Families of the Mafia” and starred in only one episode.
He passed away on the 14th of July 2019. He was found dead in his home at Staten Island.
His death came as a shock to all those who knew him.
Billy was known to be very passionate about things in life and a quite bubbly man who was always willing to make the atmosphere around him more fun.

He is survived by his wife, Renee O’Toole, and seven children, Matthew, Joseph, Taylor, Lyric Antonio, William, Michael, Laila, and his four grandchildren, Joie Dominic O’Toole, Asaiah Antonio, and Jovani O’Toole.
