He was part of the Irish Mafia since birth, and according to the description given of his family, He was brought up in the Irish mafia lifestyle and followed in the footsteps of his father, popularly referred to as “Wild Bill,” who was popular on the streets of Brooklyn at his time.
Bill was an avid motorcyclist, a union carpenter, and graffiti artist with the tag “Billy Cast.”He was also an animal lover who spent time rescuing dogs of the bully breed.
Billy got married to Renne O’Toole, and together they gave birth to seven children, and they both currently have four grandchildren.
