Atiku confirms N50m traced to Obasanjo presidential library was a donation

Dakingsman earlier report about EFCC storming Olusegun Obasanjo presidential library (OOPL) during their probe into the former vice president Atiku Abubakar’s son in-law probe into alleged money laundry.

EFCC alleged that 150 million euro was laundered by the former vice president of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign in the just concluded general election.

Meanwhile, Atiku camp in a statement released said the N50million traced to the OOPL was a donation as the Presidential library is a non profit organisation.

According to the statement, Atiku said the Buhari government is planning to implicate former president Olusegun Obasanjo into a crime as a means of silencing him.

He said the federal Inland Revenue service falsely and libellously include his name in a published list of tax evaders
