His real name is Akorede Babatunde Okunola, and he was born on 7th August 1969. His stage name is Saheed Osupa, and you can also call him King Saheed Osupa (K.S.O.K.S.O.).
He is a fuji musician in Nigeria and has also featured in several movies. He is equally a hip Fuji Creator.

Saheed Osupa was born in Ajegunle, Lagos state, Mosafejo area to be precise. However, he migrated to Ibadan, where he spent his childhood.
The name of his father is Moshood Ajiwere Layeye, who was a Were musician. His father was an elder cousin to Ayinde Barrister, a notable Fuji musician.

Saheed Osupa attended Amuwo Odofin High School, Lagos State. He passed out of the school in 1987 and got admitted to study Business Administration at The Polytechnic Ibadan.
He equally attended the American International College to study Networking Operations.
His career
Saheed Osupa had been in the music industry since he was a teenager.
His first song was composed in 1983, and he tilted his first album Fuji Fa Disco, after which he released another album titled Fuji Blues.
Since he started his professional career as a fuji musician, he has released more than 40 studio albums and a studio album titled Mr. Music, a 4-in-1 studio album.
In 2008, Ayinde Barrister declared him as the King of Fuji Music.
Aside from Fuji music, Saheed Osupa also ventures into hip hop music.

He is the Hip Fuji Creator, and his first fuji hip hop album was released on 12th June 2018.
The album is titled Non-Stop. He equally released a hip-hop single in 2014 titled “Vanakula.” K-Solo produced the song.
Another of his songs produced by K-Solo was released in 2015 and titled “African Beauty” Yetunde Omobadan featured as vocals for the music.
Saheed Osupa released yet another hip-hop single in 2015 titled Women. The single featured another artist, Seriki.
He became so popular that he was listed among the Most Successful Nigerian musicians by The N.E.T.N.E.T. on the 7th November 2015.
His acting career is also outstanding. Saheed Osupa has featured in over 30 Yoruba films to date.

Saheed Osupa has two wives, Olabisi Yusuf, whom he got married to in 2010, and his second wife’s name is not known to the media.
