Identify the real or root cause of your low self-esteem, which is the first step in getting out of low self-esteem.
The reasons might be what you heard from your childhood or by past experiences. If need be, find someone who can help uncover and address past experiences and root issues.

Change your mindset and how you think of yourself.
If you see yourself as worthless, you get to find images that back that thought up in your life, and if you see yourself as worthwhile, memorable, and beautiful, you find such ideas that support that up, so go for the proper thought.

Anytime a negative thought or feeling crosses your mind, identify and focus on the contrary of that image. No matter how unrealistic it might look, there’s no harm in thinking or feeling it. Identify things you like about yourself and focus on them.
