This skin is clear, isn’t prone to acne, it has the right amount of oil and dryness. It is balanced skin, not sensitive.
- Oily Skin
As the name implies, this skin is oily or greasy, especially on the face. Due to the clogged pores, acne can be present too.

- Dry Skin
This skin is rough, flaky, or itchy. It is dull and lacks moisture.

This skin is oily on the forehead, noisy and other places, and dry on the chin.

Quickly gets irritated, reacts to products when used.
Identifying your skin type helps you take better care of it and know the right skincare products for you.
Now to the skincare tips:
- Choose A Skin Care Products Based On Your Skin Type:
You need to pay serious attention to products label and ingredients.
For oily skin, go for products that say “oil-free or non-comedogenic” as this product won’t clog your pores and lead to an acne outbreak.
For sensitive skin, use mild fragrance or fragrance-free products because products with strong odor can irritate your skin. Also, go for products that contain more natural ingredients and fewer chemicals.
For Dry skin, go for products that moisturize and retain moisture on the skin. Also, wash your face with a mild facial cleanser and lukewarm water, as regular bar soap can dry out your skin.
- Watch Your Shaving Technique
For some men, shaving too close to their skin works for them, while others don’t. If you notice razor bumps or ingrown hairs after shaving, avoid shaving close to your skin.

Also, before shaving, wet your skin and hair to soften them. Shave in the direction of the hair growth. Also, change your blades after five shaves to minimize irritation.

Especially for dry skin, moisturizer works by trapping water in your skin which helps your skin look healthier, brighter, and younger. Moisturizer should be used daily immediately after bathing or showing even after shaving too.
- Use Sunscreen
Sunscreen helps prevent, Dark spots wrinkles, and even skin cancer, so wear them whenever you go outside.
- Check Your Skin Daily
Be observant of your skin. Look out for new spots that itch, bleed, or change color. Don’t be less concerned about these changes as this could be a warning sign of skin cancer.
