He was born July 6, 1971, to his father, André Balland, a French publisher.
His father, André, founded his own publishing house in 1966, known as “Editions Balland,” which he later sold to Jean-Jacques Augier. One of his published works, “Les Égarés” by Frédérick Tristan, won a Goncourt prize.

After his career as an editor, André wrote several novels and essays before passing away on December 12, 2001.
The media don’t know information about Pascal’s mother; what we do know is that he has three half brothers, and he is close to Philippe Balland, who is a consultant on TF1.

Due to how successful the establishment turned out to be, Pascal decided to open a second “Marzo” in the 16th arrondissement.

Pascal Balland was linked recently to Laeticia Hallyday, the fourth and last wife of Jonny Hallyday. He met the French media personality through mutual friends in 2019, during his holidays in Saint-Barthélémy.
However, in 2020, Laeticia announced their separation. Pascal has three children from three different women.
A son, “Max,” from his relationship with Lili Gion, two daughters, Mathilde and Madeleine.
