Nana Appiah to appear in court tomorrow.
It was earlier reported that Nana Appiah was taken into custody on arrival into the country.
Nana was arrested at Kotoka International Airport and will appear in court tomorrow the 12th of July 2019.
He is being detained at the headquarter of the criminal investigations department.

The Zylofon Media boss spent his last eight months in Dubai cells after the back and forth with one court case to the other.
He was arrested in Dubai for an alleged botched gold business.
Ghanaian Police force had initially put him on an arrest warrant for money laundering and fraud.
He was later declared wanted, After it was obvious he wasn’t in Ghana.
Ghanaian police later triggered an Interpol “Red Notice” on him, Although Red Notice is not an arrest warrant.
He was apprehended in Dubai charged with fraud, however, Dubai doesn’t have any extradition treaty with Ghana.
He was taken into custody by the Ghanaian Police force
All effort to get him out on bail by his lawyers was turned down by the police.He will be formally charged to court on he 12th of July 2019.
