Davido had his primary education at “The British International School,” Lagos. At 16, he moved back to the united state where he studied business administration at ‘Oakwood University,’ Alabama.

However, due to a growing interest in music, Davido bought musical equipment and eventually started making music.

The duo formed the “KB International,” a music artist with his cousins B-Red and Sina Rambo. Subsequently, he dropped out of the university to focus solely on music.

After dropping out, Davido relocated to London, where he took singing lessons.

Then, in 2011, he returned to Nigeria and was enrolled at Babcock University to study music.

Initially, the institution had no music department but created one when the singer’s father made financial provision for one.

The agreement, made in January 2016, was confirmed by the music label in a press release.

A few months after signing the deal, Davido founded his record label known as “Davido Music Worldwide” (DMW).” Dremo, Mayorkun, Yonda, and Peruzzi are currently signed to his record label.
