After finishing her university education, Anna moved to Los Angeles to kick-start her clothing line business.
She left Los Angeles after some years and moved to Louisiana in 1997.
There, she noticed the scarcity of children’s clothing stores in the area and immediately launched a kid’s clothing store in New Orleans.
Her store made high-quality European clothes for the children of the area.
This was a great business move on her part, as clothing stores that catered to kids’ clothing were mostly unavailable.
In 2011, Anna purchased Lylian Heirloom, a French clothing brand that has existed for over a century and is now a part of the Pippen Lane Children’s Emporium in New Orleans.
She became so successful in the business that she launched a clothing line for newborn babies as well.
With her full ownership of the French brand Lylian Heirloom, Anna decided to brand her fashion label, which she called Layette.
