I will buy a land in Tamale and build a hotel because the love Tamale people showed me is too much for me, self acclaimed dance-hall king Shatta Wale said in an Instagram post.

From all indications it is clear Ghanaian reggae dance hall sensation Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr who is best known for his song “Dance hall King”, which led to him winning the Artiste of the Year at the 2014 edition of the Ghana Music Awards and popularly recognized by his stage name Shatta Wale is planning to dived into the hospitality industry in the northern part of the country because of the love showed him by the people of the north and tamale in particular.

The ayoo hit maker will be headlining Storm Energy Drink concert with northern based dance hall artiste Maccasio dubbed Storm Reign on the 8th of June in Tamale at Aliu Mahama stadium.
