Steelo Brim is an American television personality, comedian and actor, best known for being the co-host and producer of MTV’s show “Ridiculousness”.

Early Life
Sterling Brim, popularly known as Steelo Brim, was born June 5, 1988, in Chicago, Illinois, U.S, to Tracy Brim, a pastor and Frank Brim, a Chicago Fire Department Battalion Chief.
He has two brothers and a sister. Steelo grew up in Chicago; he was a child baseball star in his environment, as his father was so in love with the game that he started a baseball team in Chicago.
Steelo attended Whitney M. Young Magnet High School before enrolling in Morgan State University in Baltimore.
However, the TV star didn’t complete his higher education, as he dropped out in 2007 to pursue a music career.
Career
In 2001, Steelo landed a small film role as himself in Hardball, marking the beginning of his journey into stardom.
When he was 19, the television show host decided to move to Los Angeles with the hope of pursuing a career in music.
Subsequently, he began working in a radio station in LA and worked in the Artists and Repertoire division of various record label companies.
During this period, Steelo met Rob Dyrdek in a studio, they soon began talking, and Rob suggested they host a show together.
The TV star eventually agreed to this and became the co-host of MTV’s “Ridiculousness”.
The comedy series, which premiered on August 29, 2011, continued to be one of the fan’s favourites. Currently, its 17th season is being recorded.
Over time, Steelo became not just a co-cost but the show’s creative producer.
Aside from “Ridiculousness”, he also hosts a podcast titled “Wine and Weed”, where he talks about pop culture subjects and other subjects of interest with his co-host, Chris Reinacher.
He has also made appearances in Rob Dyrdek’s “Fantasy Factory”.
Steelo Brim also has a few film credits to his name. In 2011, he was cast in the short film “Orange Drive” as Ulysses Williams, later followed by a role in the 2014 TV series “Teenage Mountain Lion”.
Subsequently, he voiced the character Meaty in the 2012 animated series ” Wild Grinders”.

Steel is a proud owner of a 6000-square feet mansion in Encino, Los Angeles.
The villa, which has five bedrooms, has a large pool, spa, sunken BBQ area, game room, wine cellar, and a movie theatre.
The TV star is said to have purchased it for $4.2 million.
