Suspected Port harcourt serial killer arrested and paraded by the police with a bowl of rice
The suspected serial killer in Port Harcourt has been arrested and paraded by the Police.
In an unusual way, the serial killer was paraded with a bowl of rice and sachet of pure water.
The suspect identified as 26 year old Gracious David West was arrested after he was captured on a hotel CCTV.
David West confessed to the killings, he said he ties his victims with pillow cases before killing them.
According to the police, David West is from Buguma local government area of Rivers State.
He is also a member of a cult group called Degbam
