Sotitobire: Pastor sues DSS over human rights violation demands N100m compensation
The Pastor of Sotitobire Miracle church in Akure, pastor Alfa Babatunde has taken DSS to court over his continued detention.
In the court document, Babatunde said his continued detention without been charged to court was a violation of his fundamental human rights.
Babatunde further claimed to have been in DSS custody for over 8 days with leg chains and without food.He is seeking N100million in damages.

One year-old baby boy went missing during a Sunday service back in November.
Efforts in finding him alive was in vain after the baby boy’s body was found.
According to the police, A popular TV station ignited the reaction from the youths in the community after it alleged that the boy’s body was exhumed from the church alter.
Angry youths stormed the church, destroying properties worth millions of Naira, before regrouping to destroy the house of the resident pastor, Alfa Babatunde.
Police officers sent to dispersed the angry youths were also attacked.
A policeman was killed during the attack on the officers, while a motorcyclist was killed by a stray bullet.
