His birth name is Chiubuzor Nelson Azubuike, but his stage name is Phyno. He was born on 9th October 1986. He is a very popular songwriter, singer, and rapper of Nigerian origin.

Phyno Biography | Early Life
Phyno was born in Enugu State, where he also grew up. He is, however, a native of Anambra state. One of his secondary school friends gave him his stage name, Phyno.
The stage name was derived from the word Phenomenon. He started developing an interest in music since he was in secondary school.
His childhood dream was to become a pilot, but he dedicated his time learning how to play the piano and drums during his secondary school days.

He equally made an effort to render his version of all the songs he listened to.
After his secondary school education, Phyno proceeded to the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, where he studied Public Administration.
He ventured into music production in his second year in the higher institution. His rapping career started in 2010, and his raps are in the Igbo Language.
Then he relocated to Lagos to further boost his music career.
In 2012, Phyno produced his debut album titled No Guts No Glory. Many guest appearances were featured in the album, including the following:

The album was titled Ghost Mode. The album was awarded the Best Collabo at the 2012 edition of the Headies. It equally won the 2013 Nigeria Entertainment Awards for the Best Collabo.
The music video did not come until 6th December 2012
