Pandemonium In Delta State As Unknown Gunmen Killed Staff
A senior staff in Delta State Polytechnic was killed by unknown gunmen in Ogwashi-Uku community in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State.
The gunmen arrived in the area and headed straight to Ogwashi-Uku community shooting sporadically where they murdered the senior staff.
Adeyinka Adeleke, the state commissioner of Police confirmed to the media that it has launched an investigation on the death of the deceased.
The unnamed deceased was confirmed to be an administrative staff of Delta state polytechnic.
According to the statement released to the media by the state security operatives, It says:
“It will not be wise for me to make categorical statement on it now”.
“He was not killed in the school premises. The news that filters in say the young man was just coming out from the place when he was attacked and shot. He is not a lecturer but a non-teaching staff.”
