Nam1 is still in jail after failing to meet bail conditions
Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as Nam1 was granted bail in the sum of GHc1 billion, (185,462,833.42 in USD) with five sureties, but the entrepreneur is still lavishing in jail.
It was reported Nana hasn’t been able to meet the bail conditions as the entrepreneur’s finances were a mess.
Fans are in disbelief as Nam1 is seen as a wealthy investor.
His Company, Menzgold is owing at least 16,000 people approximately GHc1,680,920,000, Equivalent to 311,759,532.19 USD.
According to reports, Nana Appiah Mensah took a sizeable chunk out of his money on legal fees in Dubai.
Even if he’s out of custody, it was alleged that Nana wouldn’t be able to pay Menzgold customers as he’s currently in a financial mess.

Major financial institutions in Ghana were said to have refused to grant him loan.
The Zylofon Media boss spent eight months in Dubai’s authorities custody, after being indicted with fraud.
He was arrested and taken into custody on arrival into Ghana on the 11th of July 2019 after being wanted by the Ghanaian police for close to a year.
