Kwankwaso is reportedly under investigation for fraud
The former governor of Kano, Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso is under investigation and would be quizzed soon by the Economic and Financial crime commission (EFCC), Daily trust reports.
The former governor is being investigated on allegations of money laundering and misappropriation of state funds.
It was alleged in a petition that Kwankwaso received N3.08 billion contributions from the local government councils for his presidential primaries in 2015.

Mr Latin, Yinka Quadri sends Strong warning to Toyin Abraham and Lizzy Anjorin over their fight
Nigerian Actors, Mr. Latin And Yinka Quadri issued a strong warning to Toyin Abraham and Lizzy Anjorin over their public fight.
In a video released by the actors, Mr. Latin and Quadri sent out warnings to both Abraham and Anjorin, banning them from posting on social media.
He asked them to report to the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) if they have problems with one another.
Mr. Latin who is also the president of TAMPAM warns TAMPAN members from posting anything about it on social media.
Liz Anjorin publicly attacked Toyin Abraham after a blogger published a fake news about Anjorin peddling drugs during her recent trip to Saudi Arabia.
Toyin Abraham denied that she leaked the story to the Instagram blogger.
Liz Anjorin definitely got a reaction from Toyin Abraham as both publicly trade insults against each other.Toyin said she received the accusation as a rude shock.
On Toyin’s defence, she said the only evidence Liz Anjorin has on her is of a comment she left on a fan page.
