Early Life
Durojaiyeola Oluwakemi Kuti was born July 10, in Kano State; she is a native of Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria.
She is assumed to be in her late forties as the media doesn’t know her exact year of birth. Her father, late Mr.Rufus Adisa Oluwale, was a NITEL staff and an Apostle of the Cherubim and Seraphim church before his demise.
For her basic education, Jaiye attended Sunshine Primary School and later transferred to Temidire Primary School, where she graduated with her First School Leaving Certificate.
After that, she enrolled at Ikorodu High School and was subsequently accepted into Ilaro Federal Polytechnic in Ogun State, where she studied Secretarial Administration.
For her second degree, Jaiye enrolled in the University of Lagos and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English.

At the beginning of her career, Jaiye worked as a secretary in Lagos-based automobile company “C.Ray Company Limited,” owned by her now-husband, Mr. Lanre Kuti.
