She has a sister known as Alyssa and was raised in a Catholic home in Palmetto, Florida.
She grew up questioning the faith due to the way her mother was treated following her divorce from her father.
Her mother, who is Catholic, was barred from taking communion as a divorcee.
After high school, Jaclyn attended the University of South Florida, where she later graduated with a degree in biomedical sciences.

Jaclyn started as a model, appearing in the 2005 edition of the famous “Playboy” magazine. She later began a career as a YouTuber in 2011.
Her channel “JaclynGlenn,” which was created on March 23, 2011, soon gathered many subscribers as many were interested in the contents she offered.
Her first set of YouTube videos were on why she became a vegetarian and why others should be.
Later in 2012, she uploaded a YouTube video where she told her fans she was an agnostic and now an atheist.
While running her YouTube channel, Jaclyn also pursued some acting roles, and she made her film debut in 2013, where she appeared in “The Hook Up.”
Later, a part followed in “The Millionaire Matchmaker” and “Internet Famous Movie” that same year.
