One of Ghana’s youngest politicians, Sam Nartey George representing the National Democratic Congress NDC in the 2016 parliamentary elections for Ningo-Prampram constituency said he is proud of the dancehall artiste Stonebwoy for defending himself during the Vodafone Ghana Music Award’s (VGMA) chaos last Saturday.
In a post on his official facebook page, he thanks the Burniton Music Group and the BhimNation for holding 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards artiste of the year down.

During the Award night Shatta Wale stormed the stage with his thugs when Stonebwoy was announced as the winner of the reggae dancehall artiste of the year category.
In a statement released to the media, Charterhouse said all the nominees were supposed to sit at a designated area, but Shatta refused to sit there and was uncontrollable.”
