Gunmen abducts pregnant sister of a politician
Armed men stormed the house of Luba Bello this morning around 2am.
It was gathered that the armed men were numbering about seven, stormed the area and started shooting sporadically, in the early hours of the day waking the victim and the neighbours up.
The incident happened inKatura village, Denge Shuni local government of Sokoto State
Getting into the house, Bello’s husband was allegedly beating mercilessly.
The victim is believed to be the sister of a politician in Denge Shuni Local Government area.
Spokesperson for the police command of the state ASP Sadiq Abubakar confirmed the incident.
As I’m talking with you now, policemen are on the trail of the kidnappers in order to rescue the woman. As a matter of fact, all bushes around the area have been combed by the police and investigation has commenced into the matter.
