Her career began at the age of nine, at the Opéra National de Paris, where she performed in ballet, working with Roland Petit.

Patti then performed a contemporary dance with Pina Bausch and Carolyn Carlson while performing various dances on television.
Her music career started in 1965, she recorded two songs, but they didn’t get attention as she had expected.
Patti participated in the trio named ‘Dacapo’ in 1984. Her first solo hit happened in 1987/1988 with “Étienne.”
The song was so successful that it was certified gold in France and sold more than half a million copies.
Étienne was ranked #1 in France and Italy; her next song, “Labyrinthe,” released in 1988, was equally successful.
The song won a Victoire de la Musique in the category ‘Female révélation of the year’, for the best new artists.
Finally, “Let Be Must The Queen” was released; the song was a minor hit, charting at #25 in France and #21 in Austria.
Patti’s second album, ‘Nomades,’ was released in 1990; despite the European tour and concerts performed in the Us and Canada, the album was less successful than expected.
Her third album was released in 1992. ‘Gobe’ was critically well-received. But, unfortunately, it was considered a commercial failure.
Patti still consistently released her next album ‘Blonde’ in 1995. This album was more successful than the previous one, as there was more electronic experimentation and collaboration with many artists.
“La Marquise” and “Blonde,” two singles from the album, were used by British filmmaker Peter Greenaway as the soundtrack for his 1996 film, ‘The Pillow Book.’
Patti’s fifth album, Dernières Nouvelles, was released in 2000, a DVD released in March 2002 completed the album.
The DVD contains choreographed performances. Patti also recorded a duet with Gonzales for her single “Dans Tes Yeux.”
After a series of unsuccessful albums, Patti decided to diversify her artistic career to include dancing.
She performed dances from various contemporary choreographers on Elle sourit aux larmes, presented at the Theatre des Abbesses in 2001.
She also appeared in films such as ‘Une pour toutes’, ‘Elles’, and stage plays like Opéra de quat’sous, L’ Les Monologues du vagin and Jésus Camacho 404 284.
