Duncan Mighty with the real name Duncan Wene Mighty Okechukwu, was born On the 28th of October 1983.
He is an instrumentalist, trained sound engineer, and producer of music from Nigeria.
He hails from Rivers State, Obio-Akpor. He was born as the only child in the family of Mr. and Mrs. Okechukwu.
In 2007, his father, Mr. Okechukwu, moved on to the afterlife.

Duncan Mighty – Education
He attended Port Harcourt Federal Government College, where he did his primary and secondary education.
Mighty was a drummer and musical conductor in his church while growing up. He then went to Port Harcourt University and, with time, his interest in music grew and eventually led him to school, where he studied audio engineering.

He acted as a Sound Coach for Benson and Hedges during his Youth Service. He also worked at Dolphin Studios though his primary focus was heavily on music production at Muson Centre in Lagos on IT.
But he started both recording and making music later.
In 2006 he collaborated with record companies D Big Records and 360 Records before joining AireMighty Records with celebrity jeweler Chris Aire.
In 2008, which was a commercial success, Duncan Mighty released his debut full-length album, Koliwater.
Although most of his songs are sung in his native language of Ikwerre, Reggae, African R&B, and hip hop are his song styles.
The 22-track album produced popular songs which attracted the attention of many lovers of music. His second studio album, Ahamefuna, was released in 2010, and he started gaining international attention.
He also won “Indigenous Artist of the Year.”
Mighty released Footprints, an 18-track album, in September 2012, and Duncan Mighty also released his fourth Grace & Talent studio album in 2014 under his Young Wealth Records imprint and with contributions from artists like Phyno, J Flex, and more, the album was a success.
He is the founder of the JamBase Cable TV station in Port Harcourt, and he also has a construction business of over three hundred and seventy workers.

In 2018, he released a song with the African worst female artist Tiwa Savage, where she featured in the song titled “Lova Lova,” which was positively received and loved by their fans.
Personal life
He got married to Vivien Mighty in 2015, and they are blessed with three beautiful children.
But things started to go south when he allegedly claimed that his wife and in-laws are currently planning a way to destroy him and inherit his house.
Duncan Mighty believed that his wife, Vivian, and his children’s mother had plotted with their mother, sister, and brother to harm him and ultimately kill him.

According to Duncan Mighty, Vivian had confessed to him in detail the intended hatch to get him killed. She said she and the rest of her family had a voodoo priest to cast spells and make a sacrifice of blood.
Although Vivian unknowingly made these admissions to him, until she became conscious of herself and ran away from home, he documented the entire conversation.
The Harcourt 1st Son crooner reveals that he recently conducted a DNA test for his 4-year-old daughter and that he was not Mitchell’s biological father, which shows that Vivian cheated on him.
As seen in his Instagram message, Mr. Frank and Bright were listed by Duncan Mighty as Mitchell’s fathers.
