Daniel Petry and Gabriel Kuhl Story: Where is Daniel Petry Now

Daniel Petry and Gabriel Kuhl were friends and plays video games regularly with one another. The pair met through an online game called Tibia.

Petry was regularly out of school for his aggressive behavior. The story of Daniel and Gabriel gained the world’s attention after the news of the brutal death of Gabriel became public.

What happened to Gabriel Kuhl?

Gabriel Kuhl often plays an online game with Daniel and had to ask for $1.75 to buy 20,000 worth of online game coins with the promise of giving it back once he has the money. Kuhl created a private server the pair played their online game on and had authority over who could play on his server.

As they were friends and played games together, Daniel loaned out the $1.75 with the hope of getting it back, but unfortunately, when Daniel asked for his money back, he was instantly blocked from the server and didn’t get his money back.

Daniel who was known for his aggressive behavior was angry about not getting his money back, this gave him the motivation to go to Gabriel’s house.

Meanwhile, Gabriel was home alone on the day of the incident, he tried to talk to Daniel to amend things but Daniel wasn’t having any of his talks. He struck Gabriel and also reportedly sexually assaulted him.

Gabriel told Daniel he would report the incident to his mother, upon hearing this, Daniel sexually assaulted him again and strangled him with a computer plug.

After a while doing this, Gabriel passed out and Daniel thought he was dead.

He panicked and tried to hide the body as he thought Gabriel was dead after strangling him and beating him up repeatedly, but the door was too small for him to carry Gabriel’s body through. Daniel resorted to dismembering Gabriel’s body and started to cut him with a hacksaw while Gabriel lay helplessly unconscious.

As he started to dismember Gabriel’s body, Gabriel woke up and started screaming from the pain, but this didn’t stop Daniel from continuing to dismember his body until his torso was separated from his body.

Daniel tried to carry Gabriel’s body out of the house but couldn’t as the door was too small for him to be able to carry the body through it. He ran out and fled the scene leaving the dismembered body of Gabriel behind.

Gabriel was 12 years old.

Not long after Daniel fled the scene, Gabriel’s brother came in and found the body. The police arrived shortly after.

After the body of Gabriel was found, Daniel was arrested and charged with the murder of Gabriel. However, he was only sentenced to three years in a juvenile prison.

Daniel was 16 years old at the time he committed the offense.

There was an outcry after Daniel was sentenced to three years in custody and most people that were following the mother’s case think the sentence is a miscarriage of justice.

Meanwhile, Daniel was released in 2010 and since then, he hasn’t been seen or heard from. He has successfully hidden away from public eyesight.
