Daisy Jazz Isobel Ridley was born on April 10, 1992, and In Westminster, she grew up in Maida Vale.
She was born into the family of Christopher Ridley, a photographer, and Louise (née Fawkner-Corbett), who worked in a bank as an internal communicator.

She is the youngest of three daughters, two older sisters, Kika Rose and Poppy Sophia, and two older half-sisters.

She began acting with minor roles in television programs and appeared in Blue Season, which was added to the Sci-fi London 48-Hour Film Challenge.
Ridley played the lead role in Lifesaver, a film nominated for BAFTA Awards. She also appeared in Wiley’s music video for the song “Light’s On.” She then went on to make her film debut in the 2015 British horror film “Scrawl.”
