She is the youngest of three children and grew up in Seattle, Washington.
She graduated from Inglemoor High School in Kenmore, Washington, and later moved to California, where she attended a community college and gained California residency in the process.

While at the university, Charissa worked as a bartender and waitress to support herself and later graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Law and Society.
Career
Charissa started her career as an HR assistant at Fox Sport. She later began working as a production assistant in Fox in Denver after leaving the HR department.
Subsequently, she got the opportunity to appear in several college sports shows on “Big Ten Network and Fox Sports Net (FSN).
She was also a sideline reporter for two networks on college football and basketball games.
Due to how good she was, she became a National Football League (NFL)sideline reporter for the NFL on Fox.
Charissa also made appearances on several Big Ten Network shows, including “Big Ten’s Best” and Friday Night Tailgate.
She later co-hosted FSN’s “The Best Damn Sports Period” alongside Chris Rose and John Salley until 2009, when the show was canceled.
It was later followed by hosting the rodeo show “Toughest Cowboy.” In 2008, she completed her run as an NFL sideline reporter.
The beautiful reporter, later on, became the cover of the April 2009’s issue of Access DirecTV, interviewing Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels for the feature story.
That same year, Charissa also co-hosted “Big Saturday Night,” aired on Game Show Network. Still, in 2009, she served as a reporter for NHL on Versus.
In 2010, she covered the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games, reporting for Yahoo! Sports.
Charissa was also the co-host of “Fast Track To Fake” for Speed Network.

In January 2018, nude photos of Charissa went viral on the internet, and this was following her iCloud account being hacked.
According to the sport host, she had earlier sent these pictures to her boyfriend, which she was in a long-distance relationship, and her account being hacked is an invasion of her intimate life.
Shortly after the images leaked online, Charissa took legal action.
