CAF Reveals the African cup of Nations 2019 prize money.
The winner of the 32 edition of the African cup of Nations will receive $4.5 million.
The Runners up will receive $2.5m, while the third and fourth will receive $2 million each.
Algeria beat Senegal 1-0 to win Afcon Final.
It is their first time they hoisted the trophy in more than a decade.
The last time Algeria won the Afcon title was in 1990, which is also the last time they got to the final.
CAF also revealed the prize money for all participant nations.

The third place in group stages will receive $620,000.
Angola and Kenya
The Round of 16 will receive $670,000.
Cameroon, DR Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Mali, Uganda
Quater finalists will receive $800,000.
Benin, Cote d’Ivoire, Madagascar, South Africa
Semi-Finalists will receive $2 million
