Breaking: Nam1 finally granted GHc1 billion bail (READ FULL GIST)
Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM1 has been granted bail by the Accra Circuit court today the 26th of july 2019.
He has been in Ghana custody for over two weeks after being indicted with fraud.
Nam1 was charged with two counts of abetment to defraud by false pretence, and two counts of abetment to carry out banking business without a license.
Presiding over the bail hearing, Justice Jane Helen Akweley Quaye granted bail to the Entrepreneur in the sum of GHc1 billion and five sureties.
Apart from being indicted, his companies Brew Marketing consult and Menzgold Ghana Limited are also charged with defrauding by false pretence.

His Wife and sister are also indicted with the same offence.
The Zylofon Media boss spent his last eight months in Dubai cells after the back and forth with one court case to the other.
He was arrested in Dubai for an alleged botched gold business.
Ghanaian Police force had initially put him on an arrest warrant for money laundering and fraud.
He was later declared wanted, After it was obvious he wasn’t in Ghana.
Ghanaian police later triggered an Interpol “Red Notice” on him.
Nana Appiah Mensah was arrested and taken into custody on arrival into the country on the 11th of July 2019
