Atiku allegedly laundered money through Obasanjo Presidential Library
As part of the money laundring probe against the former vice president of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar son in law, the anti graft agency has visited the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) in Abeokuta to question one of the officials at the library.
According to reports, EFCC stormed the OOPL on the 8th of August 2019 to question a claim that an official at thereceived N50million from Atiku’s son in-law.
Confirming the reports in a statement by the anti graft agency, it states that the EFCC and riot policemen stormed the library and are studying some documents in their possession.
Atiku son in-law is being investigated for 150 million Euro money laundring believed to have been used to influence the 2019 presidential election.
