Alleged fake certificate: Appeal court gives Buhari 5 days to respond.
The President of Nigeria, Muhammad Buhari has been given five days to answer a case of certificate forgery allegation leveled against him
The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja earlier today also asked the President party, the All Progressive Congress (APC), and the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) to respond to the same allegation.

President Buhari was in the center of controversies during the 2019 Presidential Election as it was alleged he was not qualified to run for the presidency office.
Alleged fake certificate:
It was alleged that President Buhari had faked Education documents to qualified for the 2019 Presidential election.
The appellant suit challenging the president educational qualification was thrown out at the federal high court in Abuja, without hearing.
APC counsel had urged the court in response to the suit filed by the appellant to give them five days to enable them to respond.
The appellants want the court to direct INEC to remove Buhari’s name as a candidate of the APC and restrain Buhari from parading himself as a candidate in the 2019 presidential election.
