He is a Nigerian musical artist. His real name is Chukie Edozien, and he was born on the 24th November 1983 in Lagos State, Nigeria.
His genre of music is hip-hop, and he equally several side businesses outside music.
Edozien first album was released in 2010, and he has made a name for himself since then to date.
He is so popular that he became the first artist from Nigeria that got an endorsement from a global brand, Pepsi.

As we mentioned earlier, He was born in Lagos State on 24th November 1983.
The name of his father is Chief John D. Edozien. His father is a notable individual in the old Bendel State of Nigeria, being a one-time deputy governor.
He started his western education at Corona Primary School, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
Edozien then proceeded for his secondary education to Kings College Lagos.
Afterward, he was granted admission to the University of Hull, United Kingdom, to study Business, Economics, and Marketing.

Music career
Edozien had been in the music industry for over ten years before he became a recording artist.
His debut single was released in December 2009, titled “Change your Parade” and produced by Syndik8 and “IKON.”
The radio airplay received by the song made it very popular and pushed Lynxxx to the limelight.
It was one of the most popular songs in nightclubs then. His fan base rose tremendously afterward.
He released his debut album a year later, in December 2009, titled Lynxxx. So many genres of music were represented in that album, including the following:
- Funky house
- Contemporary R&B
- Hip hop
He labeled this combination of genres as Jollof Musik.

The year Edozien was endorsed by Pepsi as its brand ambassador, making him the first Nigerian artist to get an endorsement from a global brand.
Aside from being a musical artist, Lynxxx is equally into entrepreneurship. He currently has several businesses in Nigeria.
He even established some of the company before he started his musical career. For one, he has a clothing line called Syndik8 Denim.
He equally owns a digital recording studio named Red Room Studio.
Edozien is the CEO of Syndik8 Films and a media company named happy Teddy Media.

Lynxxx’s musical career is well decorated with an award and a series of nominations.
He is one of the most nominated musical artists in Nigeria today. In 2010 and 2011, for example, he was nominated for the Most Promising Artist by Dynamix.
He equally got nominated for a Headies award for the Revelation of the Year in 2011.
Furthermore, he won the award for the Most Stylish Male Artist by FAB Awards in 2011.
