Ogun State Government To probe Ibikunle Amosun last minute Project

Ogun State Government, today the 23rd of July 2019, set up a commitee to probe the former state governor, senator Ibikunle Amosun Administration last minute project. 

In a statement issued by Tokunbo Talabi, the secretary to the state government of Ogun State.

The committees will be expected to identify whether the projects have any Budgetary provision.

The statement further state that the committees will ascertain if the contracts awarded are in-line with the necessary regulations, and to 

“To determine the level of execution and quality of output of the projects.

To assess the disbursement pattern in line with the established process and procedure.

To recommend any viable pathways for the completion of project, or in alternative, determine other actions including, but not limited to reversal or cancellation of the contract that best align with the intent of the State Government.

The name of the panel to probe the contracts are;

The president of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) Engr Adekunle Mokuolu will chair the panel.

The Director Planning, Research and statistics, Ministry of works and infrastructure Engr Sunday Adeyemi as the secretary.
