Election Tribunal: Atiku won Buhari in katsina – PDP State chairman tells tribunal.
The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Katsina, Mr. Salisu Maijigiri, said today that Atiku Abubakar won the state’s presidential election.
According to him, PDP scored 905,000, while APC won 872,000 votes, respectively.
On the 9th of July, 2019, he revealed this while testifying at the Election Tribunal in Abuja.
The Presidential candidate of the PDP during the last general election, Alhaji. Atiku Abubakar is challenging President Buhari’s victory at the tribunal.
Buba Galadima was the first witness called at the tribunal and was asked if he fell out with the President because he wasn’t appointed as a minister in 2015.
Buba answered and said terrible governance is the reason he has chosen to be a witness.
Peter Uzioma Obi was the second witness called yesterday.
He was allegedly trained with others to transmit codes they used to send results ON the INEC server.
The INEC counsel Yunus Usman challenged the claim, and He said Peter had no right to transmit results as he wasn’t the presiding officer.
Peter said, “You are wrong, sir, INEC trained us to transmit results.
He confirmed he’s not a presiding officer; neither was he a polling agent.
He said he was a registration area technician appointed by INEC and was trained by INEC.
