X-Flies actress Gillian Anderson found out she was pregnant after taking Dana Scully’s role in the movie. The studio tried to give her position to someone else, but Chris Carter, the executive producer, was against it. In the end, Gillian acted the role with a big outfit, which helped hide her baby bump.
- Julia Roberts – Ocean’s Twelve
When Julia Roberts played the role of a woman pretending to be pregnant in the movie ‘Ocean Eleven,’ the actress was pregnant. Few months after the film, the actress delivered a set of twins.
- Marcia Cross – Desperate Housewives
While shooting ‘Desperate Housewives, ‘ Marcia Cross learned that she was pregnant with a set of twins. So the story had to be adjusted for her character in the movie to be pregnant too.

By the time the movie ‘The Shallow began, actress Blake Lively was already pregnant. She took part in some of the stunts herself even though they were risky, and a stunt double had to replace her in the last two weeks of the filming.
Same with the movie ‘The Age of Adaline.’ According to her colleagues, Lively was pregnant but acted her part until the end of the shoot, without requesting any unique condition.
